-Maintain emails
-Maintain client portal through practice better and constant contact.
  • Practice Better proficiency-  will train on job.. 
-Assist new patient inquiries and setting up their client hub on HIPAA portal Practice Better
-Return client phone calls, emails, and booking requests.
-Process and create invoices, as well as maintain billing cycles for monthly packages.
-Create and send superbills for monthly packages or stand alone appointments.
-Send out quarterly emails to remind patients of cancellation policy, superbill requests, and any updates from the practice.
-Ensure packages are booked within their monthly limit.
-Send forms to new clients such as office policies, consent to medical treatment, etc.
-Send out Medical Systems Questionnaires (MSQ’s), and follow up to ensure they are complete 24 hours before apt.
-Occasionally contact pharmacies and lab Corp to confirm client information.
-Occasionally contact LivingMatrix, Genova, and PracticeBetter and other platforms used for billing or tech assistance.
– Help me develop accurate filing system in computer
